By purchasing from Hongdae Drip, you agree to our Refund & Exchange Policy. Please review the consitions

Refund & Exchange 
 

• Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in brand-new condition (unworn, unstained, undamaged).

• Non-returnable items include sale/clearance items and opened skincare and makeup products.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Exchanges are available if items are in stock, or you can wait for restock.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged during return shipping. 

1. Eligibility for Retund/Return

​You can return items within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in brand-new, unused condition. Clothing must not have any rips, stains, or stetched fabric. Shoes should not have scuffs on the tops, sides, or bottoms, Jewelry must not be broken or damaged.

2. Non-Regundable Items

Sale and clearance items are non-returnable. Additionally, opened skincare and makeup products cannot be refunded, as once they are opened, they become tainted and cannot be resold.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the items are damaged or incorrectly shipped to you.

5. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective during return shipping. If your item is damaged in return shipping, you will still receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund, including your original shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
